毎年12月に焦って卓上カレンダーを買っている私。
本屋でカレンダーが売り始めているのを見かけ、今年は早々に購入しました。
コレ！と決めてから3年目、
エトランジェディコスタリカのA5サイズ日曜始まり卓上カレンダー(CLT-C-03)
もうカレンダー選びで迷う時間は不要です。
自宅にカレンダーはなく、仕事用です。
すでに来年の4月までの予定が入り始めているので、早速使い始めます。(鬼が笑うかな？)
仕事用には手帳じゃないの⁈と何度かトライしましたが、私には手帳は向いてませんでした。
月間でスケジュールを組み立てたり、チームメンバーの休暇予定などを俯瞰的に見るだけなので、
単発的な会議や作業の予定を書き込み、修正したりできる月間カレンダーが私には最適なんです。
ちなみに娘の除去食・代替食弁当の日や、病院や習い事の休みなども書き込んでいます。
私的な予定はiPhone（StacCal2とiCal)で管理していますが
仕事用カレンダーにもある程度は書いています。
というのも仕事の合間をぬって休暇を取る方法から
先々の私の予定を決めておいて、仕事を調整する方法に切り替えたからです。
小学生・保育園と行事が2倍になり、かつ病院・歯医者は2ヶ月、3ヶ月先の予約。私自身も学びのスケジュールなど私的な予定の方が先に決まっていくので、仕事の状況を見据えて数ヵ月後のスケジュールを組み立てます。今のところチームメンバーにも迷惑がかからない方法かなと思っています。
私の未来は私が決めます。
もちろん、仕事の重要度や優先順位で予定を変更します。
ちなみにこのカレンダー、マイナーチェンジで2014年に比べて2015年の方が大きくなりました。

I used to buy a calendar for next year every December in a hurry.
But, I’ve already gotten 2016 calendar!
It is the third time to have bought this calendar (etranger di costarica; CLT-C-03)
I have some plans for next year and I’ve already started to use it.
I tried to use a diary several times but I didn’t use it well. Monthly calendar is best for me because I just want to look down at the whole of monthly schedule.
I write down some private schedule on the calendar, such as seeing pediatric allergists and preparing a lunch box for my daughters though the calendar is for work and I manage my private schedule on iPhone app, StacCal2 and iCal, because I changed my work style when to take vacations from matching with business schedules to matching with my private schedules. My daughter is elementary and my son is preschool student, and now events is twice. They go to the hospital once every two months and I go to Chado lesson twice a month. I have some private schedule for a few months ahead before we organize our business plans.
I decide my future.
Of course, I sometimes match up with business schedule and change my vacation according to the plan’s priority and importance. But this schedule management style is better for me and our team members, I think.
Minor change of this calendar was performed last year and 2015’s calendar is bigger than 2014’s one. Then, I’ve had ave good fate and more schedules in this year as I heard in the lesson of improvement our fortune throughout storage by Sayo-San. Why don’t you go to the lesson in Nagoya?
